1. Overview
These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the PatchitUP website and your participation in the PatchitUP franchise discovery and acquisition process.
By submitting your information or engaging with PatchitUP, you agree to these Terms.


2. No Offer to Sell a Franchise
Submission of information or participation in the discovery process does not constitute an offer to sell a franchise.
A franchise may only be offered through a valid Franchise Disclosure Document (FDD) and executed Franchise Agreement in compliance with applicable laws.


3. Submission of Information
Prospective candidates may submit their information through PatchitUP forms or applications.
By doing so, you represent that:
  • All information provided is accurate and complete
  • You are submitting information on your own behalf
  • You understand this begins a screening process only
PatchitUP reserves the right to accept or reject any applicant at its sole discretion.


4. Initial Discovery Call
After submission, a member of the PatchitUP team may contact you to conduct an initial discovery call.
This call is intended to:
  • Evaluate your background and interest
  • Provide an overview of the PatchitUP franchise model
  • Determine whether there is a potential fit
Participation in this call does not guarantee advancement in the process.


5. Franchise Application & FDD Review
Qualified candidates may be invited to:
  • Complete a formal franchise application
  • Review the Franchise Disclosure Document (FDD)
You acknowledge:
  • The FDD is the only official source of franchise information
  • You are responsible for reviewing it in full
  • You should consult legal and financial advisors before making any decision
No commitments are made by either party during this phase.


6. Candidate Evaluation & Interviews
Candidates who move forward may be invited to additional meetings or interviews with PatchitUP leadership.
These discussions are intended to:
  • Evaluate alignment with the PatchitUP brand
  • Provide deeper insight into operations and expectations
  • Answer candidate questions
PatchitUP may discontinue the process at any time.


7. Training & Onboarding
If approved and a Franchise Agreement is executed, franchisees will participate in a required training and onboarding program.
Completion of training does not guarantee business success and does not modify the terms of the Franchise Agreement.


8. No Guarantee of Acceptance or Performance
PatchitUP does not guarantee:
  • Acceptance into the franchise system
  • Financial performance or profitability
  • Business success
All business decisions are made at your own discretion and risk.


9. Confidentiality
During the discovery process, you may receive confidential or proprietary information.
You agree not to:
  • Share, distribute, or disclose this information
  • Use it for any purpose other than evaluating the franchise opportunity


10. SMS Communications
By submitting your information, you may opt in to receive SMS communications from PatchitUP related to:
  • Appointment scheduling and reminders
  • Application follow-ups
  • Customer service communications
  • Promotional messages

11. Limitation of Liability
PatchitUP is not liable for any damages arising from:
  • Participation in the franchise discovery process
  • Use of this website
  • Reliance on preliminary discussions or materials
All decisions are made at your own risk.


12. Third-Party Services
PatchitUP may utilize third-party platforms (CRM systems, communication tools, etc.).
We are not responsible for the performance or policies of these third parties.


13. Changes to Terms
PatchitUP may update these Terms & Conditions at any time.
Updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
Continued use of the website or participation in the process constitutes acceptance of those changes.


14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
